Head – Solar Projects |

Must be an electrical engineer with at least 15-20 yrs experience, out of which 8-9 yrs should be exclusively with Solar projects. Design of Stand Alone solar systems and solar power plants.
- Should be able to lead a team of engineers and run the division as a profit centre head.
- Generation of inquiries and preparation of competitive bids. Able to convert the bids in to orders and able to achieve forecasted targets
- Should be able to carry out feasibility and economic viability report/ studies for Green-field Grid connect solar projects.
- Well versed in solar power project management, estimations, site management and project co-ordination and as per international standards.
- Should be able to guide engineers about site installation work.
- Knowledge of French is preferred.

Head - Substation (Engineering & Design) |

Electrical Engineer with 10-15 yrs of exp. in design and engineering of EHV substation projects
- Incumbent must be able to prepare estimates for the preparation of technical bids.
- Basic knowledge of protection and relaying, Earthing -mat design and Lightning protection

Development of SLD layout etc.
- Preparation of technical specifications of all equipments and overseeing the work of consultants.
- Total technical co-ordination and Technical evaluation of bids.
- Must have the ability to work up to international standards

Transmission line - Manager/Sr. Manager |
- Must be an electrical/Mechanical/civil engineer with at least 10-12 yrs experience, out of which 6-9 yrs should be exclusively with Transmission line projects up to 220 KV.
- Good experience in the field of marketing of projects.
- Generation of inquiries and preparation of competitive bids. Able to convert the bids in to orders.
- The person must be able to achieve forecasted targets.
- Well versed in T/L project management, estimations, site management and project co-ordination.
- Knowledge of Portuguese/French is preferred.
| | | | | Head -- Medium and Low Voltage Networks | | - Must be an electrical/Mechanical/civil engineer with at least 15-20 yrs experience, out of which 10-12 yrs should be exclusively with Medium voltage/Low Voltage distribution networks.
- Generation of inquiries and preparation of competitive bids. Able to convert the bids in to orders.
- The person must be able to achieve forecasted targets. Well versed in medium voltage/33/11 KV.
- Good knowledge of Distribution line project management details.
- At least 3- 4 yrs of site management experience/
- Knowledge of French standards and equipment s is desirable.
- Knowledge of French language is preferred.
