The user of biogas is gaining acceptance as an alternative source of energy, particularly in rural areas.  Mohan Energy Corporation Pvt. Ltd. provides custom made solutions for production of Biogas (methane) from organic material.

The biogas production systems offered by us are based upon animal waste (e.g. cow dung) and also sewerage.  The digesters, which is the heart of the system, are designed keeping in mind the raw material inputs, the capacity and also the type of use of the end product which is methane gas.

As biogas systems are essentially situated in rural areas, the technology level offered by us is appropriate and suitable for such applications.

Complete solutions are offered for the end use of the methane gas; either as direct burning for use as cooking gas or as fuel for use in dual fuel engines which can run electric generators, irrigation pumps etc.

Biomass is termed as renewable organic matter.  This could be wood, saw dust, agricultural residues, aquatic and marine biomass, forest waste products etc.

MEC offers complete systems right from the first stage of briquetting to the final stage of use of the gas for running gas engines for further use in generating electric power/running irrigation pump sets etc.

The systems designed by us are tailor made and specifically for the type of biomass available with the customer.  Laboratory analysis of the biomass samples is done to ensure design of an optimum system.

In both Biogas as well as Biomass systems, care is taken to ensure that local artisians/technicians can easily and successfully run the plants.  Suitable onsite training is provided to the artisians/local technicians for operation and maintenance of these plants.
